The Southside

We drove across the harbour this afternoon, it was foggy and chilly. We saw some guys rock climbing, you can't tell from the photos but they were up pretty high.

Hurricane Igor

Hurricane Igor started off calmly enough with some rain and high winds. But by afternoon both the rains and wind intensified. We lost power at 3pm and it did not come back. Before the power outage I took some pictures around the city of raging rivers and flooded streets. After I got home we heard reports of downed power lines and toppled trees.
