Cape Spear

It was sunny but cold today, but with rain in the forecast for the rest of the week I wanted to get out and get some pictures. I went to Cape Spear and had fun photographing the old lighthouse reflected in a small puddle.

Kent's Pond

Kent's Pond was calm this morning, it was cool but sunny.

No rain today, hopefully next week will be clear and dry.

In the Fog

In between torrential rain showers I managed to get out and take a few pictures at Quidi Vidi Lake.

Blackhead

The sun came out for a couple of hours this afternoon so I went to Blackhead to take some photos.

Evening

It's been raining all week so I haven't had a chance to get out and take any photos. This is from my living room. Oh, and the answers to those mystery macros a couple of days ago are wood, coral growing on a shell, mussel shell, sea urchin, glass "friendship ball"

Stiles Cove

I walked part of the trail to Stiles Cove in Pouch Cove. The cliffs are steep but the trail is not, I had never been there before.

Set Free

I saw this work of art in a park today, it was placed there in memoriam of someone who died at the age of 17 and the inscription on the plaque reads "A Mighty Spirit is Set Free".
