I've been "lurking" for a couple years now and thought I should probably say HI from Montana. I'm originally from Massachusetts and spent a lot of time on vacation travelling around Atlantic Canada, but never made it to Newfoundland. I love the pictures you and Joe post, and was wondering if you two had any plans to travel further north or south during "Iceberg Season" as weather allows?
I've been looking at some NF maps, and thought that the area east of Blackhead(S of St. John's) , north of Biscayne Cove, and the area from Red Head Cove to Grates Cove, Greenspond to Cape Freels and Melrose to Bonavista looked to be very promising areas for more iceberg viewing.
Also, the whole area from Perry's Cove on northwards looks like it might be superb for coastal pics/sunrises.
Anyway, thought I'd finally post a comment and some suggestions if you two are bored. :) Thanks to both of you for all the wonderful pictures you take and share!
