I took some photos for a friend, she makes and sells Newfoundland rum cakes in 5 different varieties. Her website (Decadent Delights) is not up and running yet but it will be soon and you'll be able to order these cakes to try for yourself (in the meantime you can find them at various locations in the city). They are oh so moist and delicious.

Absolutely beautiful......they really do taste as good as they look. They go great with a cup of tea. Don't forget the caramel rum sauce soon to be available. Well done
