A Fox Encounter

 

A fox encounter!

I was hiking the Sugarloaf Path and saw a fox - I rarely see wildlife on my hikes and of course I didn't have my zoom lens with me. Turns out I didn't really need it as this fox was not shy.

He walked around a bit, sat down a bit, I watched him catch a shrew, then he walked right by me at close range, posed and gave me a smile and went on his way. Very cool!
