I'm In A New York State Of Mind (NYC Day 4)

We did a lot of walking today. We walked down 5th Avenue past all the expensive stores like Tiffany's, Gucci and more. We went in St. Patrick's Church, the Trump Tower, the Apple Store and FAO Schwartz toy store. We walked through Central Park and saw Strawberry Fields and the Imagine mosaic. We walked down Central Park West where we saw Dustin Hoffman. I zoomed in to take a picture of him and he spoke to us and asked if we wanted a picture with him. He was very friendly and we had a little chat. Then we walked through the park again to the Guggenheim museum. Thank goodness we got a bus back to our hotel because by that time we had been walking for about 5 hours.

Karen, thanks for the tour of the city! My very favorite is the one of Lady Liberty from behind. What luck seeing Dustin Hoffman. Have fun!

Thanks! The feet photo is a pretty cool view from the Apple Store. The store is underground and on the street all you see is a big glass cube with a circular elevator and circular set of stairs down. I was at the bottom shooting up, those are people walking down the stairs.

Hi Karen

It has been a while since my last visit and I have missed all your beautiful photos, your collages allow me to catch up on them in one go and as usual are fabulous.
I am going to try to keep more up to date, my life since my husband passed is starting to slow down a bit.

Enjoy NewYork, it is great to see if through your wonderful eye!
