I managed to get these picturse and get back to my vehicle before the torrential downpour. I am sure not everyone on Signal Hill was as lucky.

these photos remind me of the poem by Carl Sandburg 1916...
“The fog comes on little cat feet. It sits looking over harbor and city on silent haunches and then moves on.”
i've read that Nfld is the foggiest place in the world with over 200 days of fog a year... for myself, i've always liked the fog...
