It rained all day and I didn't take any pictures so I am sharing this one I took yesterday. It's a Monarch butterfly. They do not breed in Newfoundland, this one found its way here from the US or mainland Canada. It's the first time I have seen one. I saw it at Chance Cove Provincial Park on the southern Avalon Peninsula.
