

Both in my back garden, both taken with my 100mm macro lens. I was surprised that the goldfinch let me get as close as I did to it. The moth might be a Skipper Butterfly but I am not sure.
A photo-a-day on many subjects (macro, nature, animals, still life, scenic, cityscapes, etc.)

Two great photos! :) Guess I didn't look into the goldfinch's eyes close enough.. I thought he looked rather happy sitting there on his branch!
