Accident

I was involved in an accident today through no fault of my own. I was stopped at a stop sign when 2 other cars got into an accident, sending one of them slamming into my stopped vehicle. I bumped my head on the door but I am fine. My van was towed, I hope we can get it fixed quickly. I had my camera so of course I took lots of pictures. Emergency crews were on the site very quickly.

After the Rain

North Head Trail

I walked the North Head trail on Signal Hill yesterday. It goes from the Battery, all around Signal Hill and back to the parking lot at the top.

Bowdoin

The Bowdoin, an Arctic schooner from Maine, is in St. John's port for a few days as part of the Bartlett Celebrations. Bob Bartlett was a famous Newfoundland captain who sailed a schooner similar to the Bowdoin to the Arctic many times.
