A bit grainy because I was using a high ISO.......taken at Topsail Beach this evening, we got there a little too late to see the best of the sunset.

Octagon Pond

I walked around Octagon Pond in Paradise today. I've never walked around it before, it took me about an hour but I was going slow and taking photos along the way. It's a really nice path except for the part where you have to walk along the side of the road.

Government House

Government House is located downtown on Military Road. It is the official residence of the Lieutenant Governor, the Queen's representative in Newfoundland.

Evening at Kent's Pond

A bonus picture tonight, we walked around Kent's Pond and although there was not a colourful sunset, it was still nice.

Feeding Time

There was an adult Junco and 4 babies in the back garden this afternoon. The adult was busy feeding all 4 and I got a few photos of the action. The baby is on the left and looks bigger than the adult.

Tall Ship

The German tall ship Gorch Fock was giving tours today. I didn't go on but did take a few pics of it at the dock. There was a line of people waiting to take a tour.

Birdbath

We bought a birdbath today, now we just have to wait for the birds to find it.

Gorch Fock

The German Navy tall ship Gorch Fock sailed into port this morning.

Garden Macros

I got my camera back from repairs today!!! It is so great to have to back. Even though it was raining I had to go in the garden and take some macros.
