Last Night

Last night we went to Paddy's Pond and Signal Hill.

Birds

A gull, some ducks and a greater yellowlegs, all spotted at Burton's Pond.

The Irish Loop

Today we drove the Irish Loop. It was cloudy when we set off but it cleared up for most of the day. We walked up by the huge windmills in Fermeuse, drove out to Cape Race and had a lovely day in spite of the fact that we did not see any caribous like we were hoping to.

Logy Bay

I hiked up the hill behind the Ocean Sciences Lab in Logy Bay. There are great views from up there.

Tappers Cove to Gallows Cove

I walked the trail from Tappers Cove to Gallows Cove in Torbay. It's a lovely trail that goes past farmers' fields and overlooks the ocean.
