East Coast Trail, Flatrock

Today I hiked the east coast trail from Red Head in Flatrock to Stiles Cove and back, around 2 1/2 hours. I took lots of pictures, did some geocaching & ate my lunch on a cliff overlooking the ocean. It was a beautiful day.
