Since it is rainy and foggy today, I thought I would share some flower photos that I took a couple of days ago.

I was able to get very close to the swans in Bowring Park today. This one would open its eye and check me out every now and then but it did not mind that I was close.

These hoverflies are very tiny, luckily this one stayed still for a few moments so I could get macros of it.

Eurodam Cruise Ship

This huge cruise ship was in St. John's harbour today. We went downtown this afternoon to see it close up and then to Signal Hill to watch it leave.

Fort Amherst

We walked out to Fort Amherst today, it was sunny and warm.

Family

My sister and her family are visiting and she wanted me to take some family photos for her. They were great with posing and we had a good time.

The Battery

My nephew Mark and I went for a walk through The Battery and on part of the Signal Hill Trail today. Here are a few shots along the way.

Quidi Vidi Village

I walked up the hills above Quidi Vidi this afternoon to take some photos. It was very windy but it was a beautiful day.

Bike Ride

I borrowed my nephew's bike and went for a ride today. It's the first time I have been on a bike in about 10 years. I was a little rusty but I enjoyed it.
