Hi Karen,

Is that ice from the Arctic or from icebergs in the area?

You follow my cousin's blog, Dogberry Hill Studios...have you always lived in Newfoundland or are you a transplant?

Hi Kim, that is Arctic ice. I haven't seen an iceberg yet this year but I am sure they are out there. I've lived in Newfoundland my entire life. I grew up on the west coast in Deer Lake but have lived in St. John's for 17 years. I love your cousin's artwork, especially her jewelry!

Arctic Ice? Oh my, global warming sign then looks like.

Gina's work is beautiful, I have several of her pieces, and her a art was in display in The Rooms a couple years ago, too, if I remember right.

Hi Kim, Newfoundland always gets sea ice in the spring, not sure if we're getting more with global warming but this is not new. Sure makes for a cold spring.

Ah ok. That's comforting to know actually, thank you.

Quite a view over all that ice! Now I'm waiting for the icebergs to arrive.
