Minestrone Soup

I made a pot of minestrone soup for supper. It's a hot, hearty meal and great for a cold, foggy day like today. Here's the recipe if you want to try it.
  • 1 large can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 cup sliced carrots, cooked (or 1 can sliced carrots)
  • 2 cubes or envelopes beef bouillon, dissolved in 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup macaroni
  • 1 lb ground beef, cooked
  • 1 onion, chopped and cooked with the ground beef
  • salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, basil and other spices to taste

    Combine all ingredients in large pot. Simmer until macaroni is cooked.
