No, not homemade, but store bought. Not as good as the ones my Mom used to make, but they'll do when I get a craving for them. See how they are floury and some of the raisins are burnt? Mom's would never be like that. The store calls them "tea biscuits" and I've heard lots of other people call them that too. But to me they will always be raisin buns and I have fond memories of watching Mom make them in the kitchen, cutting out the dough with a drinking glass, giving me, my brother and sister a small cup of raisins to eat while she made the buns.
