I drove to a barren hillside today to look for alpine wildflowers. I found some blooming. Boy are they tiny! This is Diapensia Lapponica.

I drove to a barren hillside today to look for alpine wildflowers. I found some blooming. Boy are they tiny! This is Diapensia Lapponica.

I did not know that these little plants were in bloom now. Thanks for the tip. I'll make atrip to Four Mile Hill to see them !
