Colour on a Grey Day

It's freezing out today and very windy, more like fall than summer. I managed to get a few macros in the garden which wasn't easy with the high winds.

Yesterday's Rainbow

Yesterday evening we saw the brightest double rainbow we've ever seen. I took a few pictures from the back garden but the trees and wires were in the way so I rushed down to Quidi Vidi Lake to take more pictures before it faded away.

I bought the wide angle lens that I tried out last week and I've been getting some cool photos that were not possible with my other lenses. I took these of the Basilica this morning before the rain started.
