Fly on a Flower
I'm not sure what kind of fly this is, it's pretty small. The flower is coltsfoot, one of the first wildflowers that blooms around here. I used my macro lens for this, I am amazed that you can see the grains of pollen.
Amazing. What kind of lens are you using? (and did it cost much?) ((Because I want one.))
ReplyDeleteThanks! I used my macro lens, Canon EF 100mm f/2.8 USM. It's my favourite lens.
ReplyDeleteAwesome detail. I own a 90mm Tamron macro lens and I can't come close to this kind of detail and quality. Can't be the gun it must be the gunner :)
ReplyDeleteWow, Karen! I see so much after opening up the photo in PS. This is really amazing.
ReplyDeleteWow Karen!! They are fabulous - such detail - pollen like grains of sand.
ReplyDeleteMs Soup
Awesome! What a messy little guy he is.
ReplyDeleteThose are incredible!
