Lichen? Seaweed?



I don't know what this is. It was growing all over the rocks on a beach I drove to today. Pretty cool stuff. I'm including 2 pictures today, it would be nice to have a macro lens to get even closer.

    Very pretty color! We don't have much mose this way..to dang cold and then to darn dry.
