It was a beautiful sunny day so I went for a walk around Kent's Pond. I saw people skating and a man told me he had drilled holes and the ice was 6 inches thick, but then I saw ducks swimming in open water, so I hope everyone was safe on the ice.

Manoir Papineau is located on the grounds of Montebello. It's closed for the season but we were still able to walk around the outside and take pictures.

We got 30cm of snow today, up until yesterday we had none. It might look pretty but it's way too early for snow and difficult to get around in it, especially when the city doesn't plow the streets in a timely manner (8pm and our street still isn't plowed and it stopped snowing at 2pm).

Another sunny cool day. I walked the trail from Signal Hill to Cuckold's Cove. There are a lot of dogberries and the hills are dotted with the bright red trees.
