Bowring Park

It was a beautiful sunny day so I went for a walk in Bowring Park. The wind was chilly but if you could get a bit of shelter it was pretty warm in the sun. Signs of spring are popping up.

It was a beautiful day for a walk along St. John's harbourfront.

Saturday Drive

We went for a drive today along the Salmonier Line and ended up in Admiral's Beach. Here are a few photos from along the way.

A few birds at Quidi Vidi Lake this afternoon. A Eurasian Wigeon and some ducks.

Orchid

I've never had an orchid before. I was given this one last week, it's just beautiful.

Earth Day - Cape Spear

Today is Earth Day and there are certainly a lot of natural landscapes around here to photograph. These photos were taken today at Cape Spear.

I went in search of icebergs today but only found 2 small ones.

Quidi Vidi Gut

It was sunny but cold today and my ears almost froze when I was walking around Quidi Vidi taking pictures.
